How fast do you reply?
Within 12 hours at the latest, usually much faster. By e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.
Do you come with me to the Ministry?
Yes. Submission, biometrics, collecting the card: we come with you and do the talking. Where we can, we deal with the authorities for you on a power of attorney.
What if my application is denied?
Approved or free. If you followed our instructions completely and it's still denied, you get a full refund, or we file a new application at no extra charge.
How long does a trade licence take?
You come to one meeting, we have it ready in 3-5 business days. One fixed fee covers every registration, the 1 000 CZK admin fee and a business address for a year.
Is there a limit on the flat search?
No time limit and no property limit. You pay a flat fee, so we have no reason to push the most expensive flat. We keep going until you have the right place.
I'm already here. Can you help with renewals?
Of course. Extensions, a change of employer, a new passport, permanent residence. Some clients have stayed with us for eight years and more.
Do you work with companies?
