    What we do

    • Shortlist flats that match your list
    • Book the viewings, more than you'd get alone
    • Negotiate with landlords and agents
    • Check the lease, so it works for your visa too
    • Handover photos, meters, utilities, internet, renter's insurance

Czech landlords are a special breed,
and we know how to talk to them.

It's a landlord's market here, and tens of people chase every good flat. We get you more viewings than you'd get alone, negotiate the move-in date (and the old table), and check the lease so it works for your visa too. Our fee is flat, so pushing you towards a pricier flat earns us nothing.

Our service, every registration, the 1 000 CZK fee for the authorities, the translation of your criminal record and a business address for a year. English teachers, IT specialists, marketers, future restaurant owners: the trade license is the easiest way to start working here,
and the base of most business visas.

      FAQ

      Asked a lot.
      Answered.

      How fast do you reply?

Within 12 hours at the latest, often much sooner. E-mail, phone or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.

Will someone come with me to the Ministry?

Yes. Going with you to submit the application, give biometrics and collect the card is part of every visa and residence service. Where the law allows it, we go instead of you on a power of attorney.

What if my application is denied?

Then “approved or free” applies. If you followed our instructions completely and it's still denied, you get a full refund or a new application at no extra charge. For what it's worth, 98.3% of our visa applications are approved.

I tried doing it on my own and it went badly. Is it too late?

No. Josh did his first visa mostly alone (“it was not a good time”, his words) and let us do the renewal. Annie came to us after a lawyer and another agency had got nowhere with her case.

Can you just check my documents so I can apply myself?

Yes, that's a separate service. You send us everything, we tell you what's missing before you file.

How long does a trade license take?

One meeting with you, then 3-5 business days. One fixed fee covers every registration, the 1 000 CZK fee for the authorities, the translation of your criminal record and a business address for a year.

I'm already here. Can you do my renewal?

Yes. Antoine first wrote to us from Canada in 2017, and he still sends us every employee card renewal and every new passport.

      Do you work with companies?

Yes: employee cards, Blue Cards, intra-company transfers and HR training. Or keep us on speed dial and we invoice the time once in a while.
